We ship orders from Norway.

Processing time:
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping methods and delivery time:
Delivery times depend on the selected shipping method and destination. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are indicative.

Shipping costs:
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before the order is completed.

International shipping:
For orders shipped outside Norway, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by local authorities.

Delays:
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect address:
Please ensure that the shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
